General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (T&Cs) (EN)
Important Information
EUROFISCALIS FRANCE has designed and operates an online platform accessible at www.sophiapodcaststudio.com offering podcast studio rental services. These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs“) define the rules and conditions for the use of the Platform and Services by Clients and constitute the basis of the commercial relationship between Clients and EUROFISCALIS FRANCE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of 500 euros, registered with the Cannes RCS under number B 880 371 497, with its registered office located at: 1200 AV DR MAURICE DONAT 06250 MOUGINS, FRANCE Intra-community VAT number: FR55880371497
Warning: Before clicking on the “I have read and accept the T&Cs” icon at the end of this document, you must read it carefully in its entirety.
1 – Definitions
- Client: Any person who registers on the Platform and subscribes to a Membership or makes a One-off Booking.
- Consumer: Any natural person acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal, or agricultural activity.
- Equipment: All computer and/or connected equipment installed in the Studios for use by Users.
- Booking: The reservation of a Studio via the Platform.
- Services: The services as defined in the “Description of Services” article.
- Studio: Artistic practice and content creation rooms (including music and dance studios) equipped with the listed Equipment.
- User: The natural person(s) visiting the Studio booked by the Client.
2 – Purpose
The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the conditions under which:
- EUROFISCALIS FRANCE leases the Studios to the Client via One-off Bookings on the Platform;
- The Client is authorized to use the Services.
3 – Duration
These T&Cs enter into force and become enforceable upon acceptance by the Client (by clicking “I have read and accept the T&Cs”) for an indefinite period.
4 – Prerequisites
The Client acknowledges having the necessary skills and Access Means (hardware, software, internet connection) to access the Platform. The Client is responsible for securing their own computer configuration (e.g., antivirus).
5 – Description of Services
EUROFISCALIS FRANCE provides:
- Access to the Platform 24/7;
- Studio Bookings;
- Access to booking information, invoices, and user guides. Studios are provided for: Rehearsing musical works, creating content (podcasts, radio, interviews, livestreams), and recording.
6 – Access to Services
a – Booking: Bookings are made via the Platform and entail an obligation to pay. The booking is finalized upon validation of the summary screen and payment. This action is equivalent to a handwritten signature (Art. 1367 of the French Civil Code). b – Onboarding: For the first booking, the Client must undergo a physical onboarding session (safety rules, equipment explanation) with a staff member. c – Access: Access is located at 1200 Avenue Maurice Donat, Natura 1, 06250 Mougins. Access is granted via an intercom system by Eurofiscalis staff.
7 – Pricing and Payment
Prices are indicated on the Platform in Euros excluding tax (HT).
- Overtime: Any use of the Studio exceeding the booked slot by more than 10 minutes will result in the billing of one additional hour at the public rate plus a 50% surcharge.
- Payment Method: Payments are processed online via STRIPE.
- Late Payment: Any unpaid amount results in penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate, plus a flat recovery fee of €40.
8 – Security Deposit (Bank Pre-authorization)
For each Booking, the Client authorizes a bank pre-authorization (hold) of €500 (excl. tax) via STRIPE. This hold is released within 7 business days if no breaches or damages are found.
9 – Obligations
a – Platform Use: The Client shall not attempt to hack, damage, or misuse the Platform, nor post any illicit, defamatory, or harmful content. b – Studio Use: The Client and Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Smoking or entering the Studio intoxicated.
- Stealing or damaging Equipment.
- Sub-leasing the Studio. The Client must: Lock the door at the end of the session, respect the Studio’s capacity, and immediately report any damage.
10 – Penalty Clause
In the event of a breach of the Studio use rules (Art. 9.b), the Client must pay a penalty of €500 (excl. tax), without prejudice to further legal action for damages.
11 – Surveillance
The Client consents to the presence of CCTV (video and audio) in the Studios. Recordings are kept for 90 days for dispute resolution and remote technical support only.
12 – Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
- Consumers: You have 14 days to withdraw unless the booking date falls within those 14 days (Art. L. 221-28).
- Cancellation Policy: Refunds are provided for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking. No refunds for cancellations under 48 hours.

14 – Personal Data (GDPR)
EUROFISCALIS FRANCE collects data (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) to manage bookings and improve services.
- Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or object to the processing of your data by contacting
hello@sophiapodcaststudio.com. - Security: Data is secured via SSL protocol and encrypted passwords.
16 – Intellectual Property
The Platform, its architecture, graphics, and content are the exclusive property of EUROFISCALIS FRANCE. Any reproduction or decompilation is strictly prohibited.
19 – Liability and Warranties
- EUROFISCALIS FRANCE: Obligation of means (best efforts). Not liable for network failures, maintenance, or non-contractual photos.
- Client Material: EUROFISCALIS FRANCE is not responsible for the Client’s personal equipment (theft, breakage, or loss). The Client is solely responsible for their belongings and their vehicle.
23 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French Law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, unless otherwise required by consumer law.
