From the first click to downloading your files, everything is taken care of so you can focus on your content.
Book online
Pick your slot and package (1h, 2h, half day or full day), then pay online. Your confirmation arrives straight away by email.
Getting here
Your confirmation email includes the access map and parking details (free on site). We send you a reminder the day before.
Record
Arrive 10 minutes early. A technician frames the cameras and sets up your mics, starts the recording, then leaves you to it.
Same-day footage
In 95% of cases, your Dropbox link arrives less than 2 hours after your session ends.
Available for 14 days
Your files stay available for 14 days after recording. We remind you up to three times before deleting them.
How the recording works
A technician sets everything up
On site, they frame the cameras and adjust each mic to your voices and seating around the table.
You record on your own
They start the recording on the cameras for the whole session, then leave the room so you can talk freely.
Remote monitoring
Throughout the session, we monitor picture and sound remotely to check that everything is recording and the audio is captured properly.

of the Studio
To guarantee an optimal experience for all our creators, here are some simple rules to know before coming to Sophia Podcast Studio.
Duration & Hours
• Opening: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
• Flexibility: Book for 1 hour or more. Simply select the desired duration when booking online.
Welcome & Punctuality
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session.
A technician welcomes you, frames the cameras and sets up the mics, then starts the recording and leaves you alone in the studio. They monitor picture and sound remotely throughout your session. A clock is present in the studio: we ask you to respect the end time so as not to impact the following creators.
Cancellation Policy
Changes possible up to 48 hours before the start of the session. Any cancellation or late modification (less than 48 hours) cannot be refunded, as the slot has been blocked for you.

Our space is located at 1200 avenue Maurice Donat, 06250 Mougins.
We are approximately: 30 min from Monaco, 15 min from Nice, 10 min from Cannes and 10 min from Antibes.
No, you don't need to bring anything. We provide all the necessary equipment: 3 Sony A7IV cameras with pro lenses (50MM, 35MM, 24MM).
Two hours after your recording, you will receive a link to download your raw footage.
