You can park in front of the Natura 1 building in the spaces marked “EUROFISCALIS.” There are 4 spots available.
You can arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to meet our team, have a coffee, and relax before the recording begins. If the room is available, you can also set up and start preparing the equipment (this takes about 5 minutes).
Yes, a member of our team will be there to welcome you and set up the equipment, ensuring you’re in the best conditions for recording. This takes about 5 minutes.
It depends on whether the following hour is already booked. If it’s available, you can certainly book an additional hour.
We allow a 10-minute grace period for exceeding your reserved time. After the 10 minutes, we will either have to charge you for the additional hour or ask you to vacate the room if the next time slot is booked by another content creator.
There are 4 spots available for recording. We have 4 microphones and 3 cameras.
You can bring a guest, as there is a small waiting area where they can wait.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled time; beyond that, unfortunately, the booking is non-refundable. To cancel, you can do it directly through the booking system; there is a button to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No, unfortunately, we don’t offer this service yet. For now, you will leave with the raw footage 😉
As for the audio and video files, you bring your own SD cards, so you leave with your files immediately.
We have a strict no-hate policy and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy. Additionally, we do not allow any illegal or unethical content to be recorded in our studio.
